Assembling a group of professionals of this caliber is not an easy thing to do in this industry and that alone is a shining example of high quality work and a strong reputation for excellence.

Both Tim and Nancy graduated from Iowa State University– Tim with a degree in Construction Engineering and Nancy with a degree in Architecture.  The two of them have more than 35 years of combined experience and the work they have done in the past is outstanding. Through years of experience and witnessing the struggles many projects encounter, Tim and Nancy have developed what they call an R6-Process that provides a dedicated personal touch to every project and both of them follow this process without exception. The R6-Process is designed to make all projects as simple and stress free as possible keeping any surprises that come up to a minimum or not at all.
