We are currently hiring cabinet installers, carpenters, and foremen for both our Madison and Delafield locations. You will love working for Dream House Dream Kitchens because of the support we provide and the benefits we offer.
Dream House Dream Kitchens projects are completed almost entirely by our team; we work with very few subcontractors. This helps us ensure each remodel is of the highest quality and that clients are very happy with the remodeling process and their new living space. Our team and our clients also appreciate that 95% of our projects are finished on time or early.

Career Opportunities
Foreman
Pay: $20.00 – $35.00 per hour based on experience. Foremen are eligible to receive a bonus for each project.
Job duties: Foremen supervise and manage a crew of carpenters in addition to working alongside the crew on all aspects of remodeling. Foremen manage scheduling for crew and materials. Work involves a variety of projects including kitchens, bathrooms, and whole house renovations.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have more than five years of experience as a carpenter, strong leadership skills, good organization, and a knowledge of tools and materials. Must be able to work alone and as part of a team, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift 50 to 100 pounds on a regular basis. Must be willing to commute or relocate to the Dream House Dream Kitchens service area.

Carpenter-Foreman
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour based on experience.
Job duties: Carpenter-Foremen are responsible for demo, framing, knowledge of rough mechanicals, installation of doors, windows, cabinets, trims, and other finish aspects of a remodel. Work involves a variety of projects including kitchens, bathrooms, and whole house renovations.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have more than five years of experience as a carpenter, strong leadership skills, good organization, and a knowledge of tools and materials. Must be able to work alone and as part of a team, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift 50 to 100 pounds on a regular basis. Must be willing to commute or relocate to the Dream House Dream Kitchens service area.

Carpenter

Job duties: Carpenters are responsible for rough finish and demo work, as well as cleaning the job site. Work includes a variety of projects including kitchens, bathrooms, and whole house renovations.

Must be able to work alone and as part of a team, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift 50 to 100 pounds on a regular basis. Cabinet Installer
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour based on experience.
Job duties: Install cabinetry, closet storage, and other storage solutions in a variety of rooms including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, laundry rooms, pantries, home offices, and garages. Will also install specialty storage solutions like wine racks in wine cellars.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience in cabinet or finish trim installation. Cabinet Installers must be willing to commute or relocate to the Dream House Dream Kitchens service area and must have a valid driver’s license.
