Our designers prepare color palettes, sample boards, and renderings to guide you through selections so you end up with pleasing results for your dream home. Major remodels also cause a temporary disruption within your home. Our skilled carpenters work cleanly and efficiently to minimize disruption and get you into your new space as soon as possible, with 95% of our projects finished on time.

1. Site Visit and Budget Discussion

All projects begin with a site visit, where the Dream House Dream Kitchens design team travels to your home to review the space. The designer takes photos and measurements of the area, and one of our sales directors speaks with you about your vision for the room. Together, you, the designer, and the sales director create a list of wants and needs for your dream project and work to establish a budget.

2. Concept Development and Pricing

After the initial discussion is complete, the design team takes the details from the site visit and begins creating space plans and design concepts to accomplish your vision and your budget. Each design is unique to your needs and style.

3. Project Presentation and 3D Renderings

Once the concepts are complete, we invite you to our showroom to enjoy a refreshment and see the design concepts we’ve created for your space. Watch your dream come to life as we present you with photo-realistic 3D renderings of the designs. These renderings are comprehensive designs that allow you to see what it is like to be in the room and to zoom in on all the fine details.

4. Continuance Agreement

Once you fall in love with the design we created for you, we ask that you sign a continuance agreement saying, “Yes, let’s move forward with my dream remodel!”

5. Final Design

Your designer will work with you to make edits and updates to the chosen design, ensuring that everything is exactly as you want it and that the design meets your needs, budget, and style.

6. Selections

Selections can be overwhelming, which is why your designer will assist you through every step of the process. From cabinetry and countertops to finish colors and hardware, your designer helps you choose the best products to suit your style, needs, and budget.

7. Project Management, Schedule, and Communication

Once the design and selections have been finalized, your designer will bring in our project management team to manage the project going forward. The project management team oversees the remodeling process from demolition to completion and works with your designer at every step to ensure the remodel of your dreams.

We provide you with access to planning software that is updated daily and shows exactly what work is completed and what work is ahead. 8. Construction

After all the planning, it is now time for the actual construction to begin. All remodeling projects cause a disruption within your home, but our professional carpenters and remodeling team work cleanly and efficiently to reduce that disruption and provide access to your newly remodeled space as quickly as possible. The project management team keeps you informed about the progress of the project through regular updates.

9. Final Walkthrough

Once the construction is complete and our crew has completed the final cleanup, your sales director and designer will perform a final walkthrough with you to ensure every detail is as you imagined. Your dream is now a reality.
